Job Summary: Reporting to the Head of Pre-Sales, the Solutions Consultant will develop a mastery of the RESULTICKS Resul and Marketing Star Solutions, becoming the go-to person for answers on features and capabilities.They will stay informed of the Martech industry and be able to offer competitive analyses for key competitors within the industry.

What You’ll Do:

 

Pre-Sales

  • Qualify prospects while gathering business and technical requirements during the process of introducing the RESULTICKS Resul solution. Ensure all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution pitch, proposal or RFP response
  • Enable Business Development Managers, Sales Executives and Account Managers to progress leads and close sales opportunities to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Create, modify, update and deliver product demos with relevant use cases to prospect
  • Liase with the product team to provide technical solutions to Business Development Managers, Sales Executives and Account Managers within agreed upon time frames
  • Develop documentation for sales enablement including pitch decks, technical flowcharts, product descriptions, conceptual architecture diagrams, and pictorial use case journeys
  • Support development of training materials based on the RESULTICKS solution and/or client requirements using PPT, Word and Excel for employee / partner / client education
  • Own and prepare RFI / RFP responses and documentation
  • Prepare and coordinate sales related documentation such as quotations, proposals, license and partner agreements
  • Support commercial discussions and help with building models using templates for client negotiations
  • Ideate, and create pitch decks for specific clients / industries (strategic and tactical)
  • PowerPoints or documents illustrating/describing product features, modules, function UI & user experience flows
  • Illustration of conceptual solution architectures, data flows, integration flows
  • Ideate, create and adapt user journeys for different industries / clients - in visual or flow formats
  • Ideate, create and adapt content nuggets, guides, cheat sheets on platform features / functions / modules
  • Prepare demo scripts and manage demos using sandbox environments and ‘live’ demo environments
  • Prepare and manage sales enablement templates eg. License agreements, quotations, proposals, partner agreements, sales orders
  • Prepare and manage commercial model templates 
  • Use commercial templates to handle pricing creatively per client / partner

Implementation & Customer Success

  • Ensure successful integration cycles from kickoff to launch, by remaining involved post sale. Share the business requirements and business challenges gathered during the sales process, with the Implementation team in order to make sure the client’s objectives are met
  • Work with Product Management to provide feedback on issues with current solution/product to provide input around existing functionalities plus new features & capabilities
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Control and Business Process policies

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc.)
  • Recent college graduate, or maximum of 10 years of experience working as a Solutions Consultant for a martech SaaS/PaaS/CRM company, or from digital ad agencies implementing projects within the software product and services domain
  • Excellent excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with virtuoso software demonstration skills (virtual and in-person presentations)
  • A proven track record of generating successful proof-of-concept plans
  • Prior responsibility for digital / marketing strategies
  • Mastery of the technical aspects of the enterprise sales cycle (including Value Selling)
  • Strong understanding of platforms/architecture, and the implementation lifecycle
  • Adept at working independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and be results oriented
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and be detail oriented
  • Experience in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for building relationships to nurture our agency partnership opportunities. You must have a track record of forging new business partnerships that impact growth, as well as improving existing partner engagement within the martech industry. Success in this role requires organization, collaboration, solution selling, and a strong desire to win. Deep ties within the digital agency arena would be invaluable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify new Partners and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate the value of the Resulticks solution to C-level executives as well as technical professionals at various levels
  • Analyze each partner’s business and develop compelling GTM strategies that are aligned with the partner’s unique business objectives
  • Work with partners to identify target accounts, generate selling strategies, conduct lead generation activities, identify and nurture opportunities through closure
  • Facilitate and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position Resulticks platform and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives

CRM Management

  • Maintain updated and accurate partner pipeline forecasting

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales or business development within the enterprise software or systems integrations space
  • 5+ years of experience within agency partnership services
  • Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field of study (business, marketing, or computer science) an advanced degree, or MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, Alliance Sales, Systems Integrator Sales, or sales for a management consulting firm
  • Experience building an efficient partner eco system with tracking, registrations, collateral, etc.
  • Ability to formulate and articulate joint value-propositions with partners

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Do:

 

Sales

  • Develop new business and establish long-term relationships with companies on a target account list
  • Proactively respond to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).   • Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field of study (advanced marketing degree, or MBA is a plus)
